We utilize independant contractors
as opposed to employees and we negotiate the terms of the deployment with you before you accept. The majority of contracts are negotiated on hourly or daily rates.
Service assignments involve the provision of temporary Forensic Services during staff holidays or shortages and may last up to three weeks at a time.
Training assignments are normally daily rates. These usually involve periods of 5 days or less. In all cases, expenses are paid in addition to negotiated rates of payment when incurred for travel or meals. In order to qualify as a member of our team you must be: A retired Peace Officer with Recent Forensic experience. Prior certification as a Forensic Identification Officer, either by the IAI or through your department is required. Specific and specialized skill sets are required for many assignments. On most service assignments, a Security Clearance is a requirement. We can complete this for you on a cost recovery basis. There is no cost to you for joining our team, however, prior to any assignment, you must register to participate in our Professional Liability Insurance Policy Program.
